How ChanTan Support Works

The simple version, from receiving an email to sending the answer.
Start here

1. A customer sends an email

The customer emails support@chantan.studio in any language. Gmail notifies this system automatically.

2. The email appears in Inbox

Open Inbox and click Refresh. Select a thread to read the customer message, AI classification, confidence, and proposed reply.

3. Gemini understands the request

Gemini 2.5 Flash detects the language, identifies the intent, assigns one category, checks risk, and writes an internal English summary.

4. The system searches Knowledge

Before answering, AI searches the approved documentation you added under Knowledge. Add product instructions, policies, FAQs, prices, onboarding steps, and support procedures there.

5. AI writes the reply

The answer is written in the customer's language. Thai receives Thai, Malay receives Malay, Arabic or Darija receives Arabic, and other languages are matched automatically.

6. Category policy decides what happens

Each category has one reply mode:

Mode What happens
Draft for review AI prepares a reply. You review it before sending.
Auto reply The system sends only when confidence, evidence, language, and safety checks pass.
Escalate No automatic reply. A human must handle the request.
Route to team The request is marked for a specialist or another team.

7. You review or send from Inbox

Open a thread and inspect the AI decision. Use Create Gmail Draft to review in Gmail or Send Now to send the proposed reply immediately.

1 Open Inbox and click Refresh.
2 Review threads marked Escalated or Drafted.
3 Open the thread, read the email, and inspect the AI reply.
4 Create a Gmail draft or send the reply.
5 Add missing answers to Knowledge so future replies improve.
6 Use Categories to decide which requests may auto-reply.
